To keep pace with the Secretary of State’s diverse and expanding duties, the Administration Division strives to create and maintain an environment of support to our employees, customers, and vendors.
Administration is committed to modeling efficient and effective operations and prudent resource management in support of the functions and duties of the Secretary of State’s Office.
In working with the Executive Office and each Division of the Secretary of State’s Office, our primary objectives include:
- organizing staff and allocating resources efficiently so as to direct activities toward common goals and objectives
- actively protecting the agency’s financial, human, and information resources and assets
- insuring compliance with State, Federal, and agency regulations through sound agency controls to uphold the public’s trust
- continuing to review and evaluate the agency’s performance to improve the services provided to the citizens of our state
