2012-2016 Mississippi Blue Book

The 2012-2016 version of the Official and Statistical Register of the State of Mississippi or, the "Blue Book," highlights the entrepreneurial and creative spirit of Mississippi by featuring the faces and stories of people who exemplify the hardworking, determined spirit of our State. The 840-page publication also includes updated information on state and county officials, governmental agencies, boards and commissions, public education, healthcare, natural resources, election returns and historical/demographic information on Mississippi. It is also available in a digital edition, is downloadable from the website and is updated online quarterly.

Individual copies are available at no charge thanks to taxpayer funding appropriated by the Mississippi Legislature. Single copies may be picked up at any office of the Mississippi Secretary of State. In Jackson, offices are located at 401 Mississippi Street across from the State Capitol and at 700 North Street. Requests for multiple copies will be granted as supplies allow. To request a copy be sent by mail, complete the order form by clicking below. For more information, call 601-359-6344.


2013 Judiciary Directory
2013 Judiciary Directory

The Secretary of State’s Education and Publication division publishes the Mississippi Judiciary Directory annually. It includes a directory of all judiciary officials in the state, as well as county elected officials. The publication also serves as notice of the dates upon which the terms of court shall commence and the number of days for which such terms shall continue in each of the counties within a chancery court district and circuit court district, in accordance with 9-5-3 and 9-7-3 of the Mississippi Code, 1972. District maps found in the Judicial Directory include: United States Supreme Court, Mississippi Supreme Court, Mississippi Court of Appeals, Chancery Court, and Circuit Court. Information contained in this publication is current as of February 2013 (the date of publication).

This publication costs $5 per copy. Inventory is limited.

The Secretary of State’s Education and Publication division publishes the State and Local Officials Directory annually. It is a collection of state and local officials listings with the most recent contact information for each county office. This is used as a supplement to the Statistical Register in updating the officials and contact information yearly.
