Lobbyist Registration Reminder:
If you have registered as a Lobbyist since the online filing system went live December 15, 2010, please remember in order for the process to be complete, your registration must be verified by your clients. Any registration not verified within ten (10) days of the date you filed will be automatically canceled. You will then be required to re-file and submit an additional filing fee.
Please take a moment to check with your clients to ensure that they have verified your registration. The client must log on to the client portal and accept the registration in order to be in compliance. Please visit to complete the process. Lobbying Online Filing
All Lobbyists and Clients who were registered in 2012 must file an Annual Report by January 30, 2013. To complete your report click here .
If you registered in 2012, please log on to your account at “Log on as Lobbyist” and register your clients for 2013. If you are new to the system, please go to "Log on as Lobbyist" and select "New User".
