MEDIA RELEASE: House District 11 Special Election - Campaign Report Late Filers
Pursuant to Miss. Ann Code § 23-15-817, the Office of the Secretary of State is required to publish a list of all candidates for the Legislature who failed to timely file a campaign disclosure report by the dates specified in Section 23-15-807(b).
Below is a list of all candidates for the Special Election for the Mississippi House of Representatives District 11 who failed to timely file their Pre-Election campaign finance report by 5:00 pm, on March 19, 2013.
The following candidates did not file the Pre-Election Report:
Lataisha M. Jackson
Michael Cathey*
*Michael Cathey was not qualified as a candidate for the Special Election by the State Board of Election Commissioners; thus, his name will not appear on the ballot.
