UCC System Go-Live Update

The Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office is postponing the previously announced September 14, 2026, launch of the new UCC filing application.

As part of final project readiness activities, we need additional time to ensure the new system is fully prepared for a successful transition and provides customers with a reliable filing and search experience.

As a result, the previously announced service outage scheduled to begin at the close of business on Thursday, September 10, 2026, will not occur at this time. Current UCC services will remain available until we announce a revised transition schedule.

This includes:

  • Online UCC filings
  • UCC Bulk Filing
  • UCC searches
  • Other UCC-related online processing

Customers may continue using the current UCC system as normal.

The Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office expects to announce a new Go-Live date very soon. Once the revised date is set, we will provide additional information about the transition schedule, service outage, account registration, subscriptions, draft filings, and other important Go-Live activities.
