WARNING: MISLEADING 2021 ANNUAL REPORT MAILER FROM C.F.S.

JACKSON – The Secretary of State’s Office urges the business community, especially LLCs, to be cautious of a misleading mailer sent by a private entity called C.F.S. In the mailer, the company offers to prepare 2021 annual reports for a $75.00 fee.

A week before the November 3rd election Mayor Mary Hawkins Butler of Madison filed an emergency petition against Secretary of State Michael Watson to appeal the way in which medical marijuana Initiative 65 was certified for the ballot.
