JACKSON, Miss. – Secretary of State Michael Watson joined a taskforce of state securities regulators and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a $106 million settlement with Vanguard Marketing Corporation (VMC) and The Vanguard Group, Inc.
