The Nonprofit Laws Study Group was originally formed in the summer of 2010 to review Mississippi's laws regarding nonprofit organizations. In an ongoing effort to update and improve the laws regarding Nonprofits, the Nonprofits 2016 Study Group was formed to review Title 79, Chapter 11 of the Mississippi State Statute and other related statutes.
