The Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act provides a creditor with the means to reach assets a debtor has transferred to another to keep them from being used to satisfy a debt. Mississippi and 42 other states have adopted the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. The study group provided recommendations on the ULC's 2014 amendments to the Act as well as other potential changes.
