UCC System Go-Live Update

The Mississippi Secretary of State's Office will launch its new Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing system on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 8AM CST.

The new system replaces the previous online UCC filing application and features an updated interface. Users should access the new system using the links provided below.

Customers should use the new portal for UCC filings, searches, and other available UCC services.

Account Access and System Transition

Users may notice differences in the appearance, navigation, and functionality of the new system compared to the previous application.

Customers should follow the instructions provided within the new portal for account registration, account access, and available subscription services.

The previous UCC system is no longer accepting new filings.
