UCC System Go-Live Update

The Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office will launch the new UCC filing application on Monday, November 2, 2026.

As part of the transition to the new system, UCC online filing services will be unavailable beginning Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM through Monday, November 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

This scheduled outage will allow for the final preparations necessary to transition to the new application.

The following services may be affected during this period:

• Online UCC filings
• UCC Bulk Filing
• UCC searches
• Other UCC-related online processing

Customers are encouraged to complete any time-sensitive filings before the scheduled outage.

Additional information regarding the new system, account registration, subscriptions, draft filings, and other transition-related activities will be provided as it becomes available.
